Im Karussell des sozialen Unbehagens: Kiyoshi Kurosawa schickt seine junge Protagonistin mit einem scheinbar feindseligen Team zu absurd anmutenden Dreharbeiten nach Usbekistan. To the Ends of the Earth ist ein ruhiger Film, in dem doch allerlei Flieh- und Rotationskräfte wirken. Kritik
